Jim Mulhall founder and owner of Jim Mulhall Painting ad Paperhanging LLC.

My name is James Mulhall, founder and owner, of Jim Mulhall Painting & Paperhanging LLC. I started painting with my father-in-law in 1988 and then started my own business in 1990. 

I started painting in Rockland County, New York and then moved to St. Augustine, Florida in 1996 where I've been painting ever since.
